Job Responsibilities Revit Leadership: Manage Revit setup, including 3 D modeling and project coordination at the start of the design process.

Create 3 D models early in the design process, integrating furnishings and finishes for client visualization.

Translate 2 D design concepts into compelling 3 D presentations while maintaining the integrity of the design.

Develop low-resolution renderings that combine 2 D and 3 D elements for presentations, emphasizing creative graphics rather than photorealistic outputs.

Project Delivery: Oversee day-to-day production on projects, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy while managing the overall project scope.

Conduct design reviews, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Provide technical problem-solving, including site visits and direct communication with stakeholders.

Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with the design team to refine concepts and bring creative ideas to life.

Utilize advanced tools like Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and In Design to enhance project visuals beyond Revit modeling.

Qualifications Experience: 5-10+ years of professional experience in hospitality, high-rise, or multi-family projects.

Proven ability to develop and execute designs independently, from concept to completion.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit/BIM360 is essential.

Familiarity with Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, In Design, and MS Office.

Design Expertise: Advanced knowledge of architectural and interior finishes, lighting, millwork, and case goods.

Exceptional graphic presentation and visualization skills, with a focus on producing high-impact design renderings that prioritize artistic creativity over photorealism.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
