Primary Qualifications:
- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)
- Has a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication
- Proven professional experience of at least 25years in the Design and Construction Philippines
industry
- Proven managerial experience of at least 7years(Supervisory level); Has leadership, communication,
and interpersonal skills
Secondary Qualifications:
- Proficient in design software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
