Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a Structural Steel Detailer/Quantity Surveyor responsible for the design, drafting, and estimation of structural steel fabrication projects.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in using Advance Steel and Auto CAD for detailed design work and able to support accurate project estimations and Bill of Materials (Bo M) development.

Key Responsibilities: Perform design and drafting of gantry systems and other structural components using Advance Steel.

Execute design and drafting tasks for structural steel fabrication projects, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.

Develop Bill of Materials (Bo M) and conduct quantity take-offs for structural steel elements to assist with project estimates and quotations.

Create lift studies and other required drawings using Auto CAD.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate, timely design deliverables.

Support project estimation by analysing project requirements and providing detailed material calculations.

Ensure all drawings and plans meet industry standards and are updated as per project modifications.

Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is preferred.

3+ years of experience in structural steel detailing or a related field.

Proficiency in Auto CAD and Advance Steel software for design and drafting.

Experience in construction or project management is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication skills with a business-oriented approach.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial design, preferably in the digital signage or related industry.

Proficiency in Solid Works, with previous experience in sheet metal functions highly favoured, as well as Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication techniques, including sheet metal and extrusion.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
