You’ll deliver engaging, interactive English lessons in a fun and supportive environment, helping students from China and the Middle East achieve their goals and gain confidence.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct structured, engaging English lessons to young learners using provided materials.

Use props, games, and interactive tools to capture young learners’ attention.

Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage progress.

Manage time effectively to ensure all lesson objectives are met.

Maintain a culturally sensitive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (preferably online).

TEFL certification (or willingness to obtain one).

Energetic, patient, and creative teaching style.

Strong classroom management skills.

What We Offer: Training Stipend: PHP 8,000 for 2 weeks of training.

Salary: Up to PHP 35,000/month.
