* Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers to drive product awareness and sales.
* Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
* Assist clients in product selection, ensuring project specifications and industry standards compliance.
* Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for different construction projects.
* Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and operations teams.
* Monitor ongoing projects and support clients during installation and after-sales service.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2 B sales.
* Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
* Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
* Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits.
* Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.

Salary Range: Php 23,000– Php 25,000 per month (Base + Commission)
