Technical Sales Agent
Location: Mabolo, Cebu
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: Php 23,000 – Php 25,000 per month (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers to promote product awareness and drive sales.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Assist clients in selecting products that meet project specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for various construction projects.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal sales and operations teams.
Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring smooth installation and after-sales support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2 B sales.
Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits.
Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
