-Candidate must possess at least college degree of any business related course
-Knowledgeable in different inventory procedures and very strict in implementing accuracy of database versus actual count
-Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience warehousing activity–preferably related to construction
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
-Proficient in tracking of incoming and outgoing warehousing transactions
-Knowledgeable in construction materials is an advantage
-Possesses average leadership skills
