What will you do as a Atlassian Application Engineer?Design and implement integrated Jira and Confluence solutions aligned with business needs. Develop advanced scripts to automate administration tasks and improve process efficiency. Present Proof of Concepts (POCs) showcasing scalable Atlassian capabilities. Enable technical teams in AI-enhanced tool usage while aligning with governance policies. Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials. Provide support for Miro, Zendesk, and related collaboration tools including potential integrations. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?Proficient in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlas, Compass, and Trello. Skilled in configuring, customising, and integrating Atlassian tools. Expertise in JQL for querying, automation, and data analysis. Experience writing and deploying custom scripts to support integrations. Experience configuring and optimizing Git Hub, Git Lab Dev Ops tooling. Strong technical writing for clear, user-focused documentation. Hands-on system administration: user provisioning, access control, and security. Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve technical issues. Comfortable presenting technical content to varied audiences. Excellent collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power BI. Exposure to learning management systems (training provided).
