Job Description Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful applicant will be involved in the evaluation and approval of switching mode power supply development activities, including thermal, EMC, DVT evaluation, and mechanical construction review. Key Responsibilities Perform full product evaluation of the company's products, such as thermal, EMC, safety approvals, and DVT evaluation, and present results according to the company's DVT test specification schedule. Develop modifications and solutions to customer-specific issues based on FAE input, including building customer samples. Perform fault analysis on customer-return units to determine causes of failure and suggest improvements for standard and application-specific modified products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. More than 7 years of experience in power electronics design and evaluation. Familiar with Microsoft 365 Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point), Teams, Share Point. Experience with Power Platform is a strong plus. Result-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement. Good technical writing and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Hardworking, dynamic, responsible, and a good team player. Ability to analyze power supply circuits, safety requirements, and mechanical construction. Additional Information Based in The Philippines. Must be amenable to future RTO/Hybrid onsite reporting in Ortigas, Metro Manila. Requirements Please refer to the job description above.
