At least 8 years of SRE System Support Engineer Work Experience AND/OR 5 years Work Experience Supporting Applications in production environments either on Windows or Linux. Work Experience with Monitoring Tools, Application Support, ITIL Frameworks, Implementation and Design of ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, IaaS, and PaaS in MS Azure. Ideally, with work experience in SQL Administration and IIS Admin. But Administration, some DevOps work experience, and Automation Mindset would also be great.
