About Muvr
Muvr is a fast-growing, AI-powered logistics and marketplace platform — think Uber or Grab for movers, deliveries, and last-mile logistics. We connect customers, drivers, and partners to create a seamless experience for moving, delivering, and removing items with speed, safety, and reliability.
We’re looking for a Central Operations Manager to join our core Operations team. This role owns the systems, processes, and automation infrastructure that power Muvr’s day-to-day operations across every department — from Customer Support and Driver Ops to Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
You’ll work cross-functionally with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Operations Leadership to build structure, visibility, and operational excellence as Muvr continues to scale nationwide.
Role Overview
This role is both strategic and hands‑on. You’ll be the architect of Muvr’s internal operations — building scalable systems, automating workflows, and ensuring every team operates efficiently and consistently.
If you love bringing structure to chaos, creating visibility through data, and turning scattered processes into well‑oiled systems — this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Maintain Internal Systems
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems across all departments.
Standardize workflows, SOPs, and process documentation for Customer Service, Driver Ops, Partner Ops, Marketing, and Support.
Audit workflows weekly to improve clarity, scalability, and efficiency.
Centralize company knowledge across Click Up, Google Drive, and other shared tools.
2. KPI, Reporting, & Accountability Infrastructure
Build and maintain dashboards tracking daily, weekly, and monthly departmental performance.
Define reporting standards and ensure consistent, timely submissions from all team leads.
Identify metric gaps, inconsistencies, and process breakdowns.
Automate KPI collection, monitoring, and escalation workflows for full visibility.
3. Process Optimization & Automation
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Dev Ops to automate repetitive operational tasks.
Design automation workflows using Click Up, Zapier, Google Sheets, and internal tools.
Eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual inefficiencies across departments.
Continuously drive toward leaner, faster, and more scalable operations.
4. Cross‑Functional Coordination
Collaborate daily with department heads to identify blockers, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Partner closely with Community Operations to enhance systems for Customer Support, Driver Ops, and Partner Ops.
Support Marketing in workflow structure, asset distribution, and performance reporting.
Work with Product and Engineering on coordination, SOP creation, and rollout of new features or tools.
5. Operational Audits & Quality Control
Conduct weekly system and workflow audits across all departments.
Evaluate accuracy, compliance, and scalability of key processes.
Identify and fix broken workflows or documentation gaps.
Ensure full compliance with company SOPs across teams.
6. Documentation Ownership
Create, maintain, and manage all SOPs, playbooks, process maps, and operational manuals.
Guarantee all teams have accurate, version‑controlled access to documentation.
Ensure processes are regularly reviewed, updated, and accessible cross‑functionally.
Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Process/Systems Management.
Proven success designing and scaling internal systems and operational frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in tools like Click Up, Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace, and workflow automation.
Highly analytical, structured, and organized approach to problem‑solving.
Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and connect departments seamlessly.
Track record of diagnosing operational inefficiencies and implementing measurable improvements.
Experience in a startup or marketplace environment is preferred.
What You’ll Bring
A builder’s mindset — you don’t just optimize existing systems, you create new ones.
High ownership — you take initiative, anticipate issues, and follow through.
Strategic thinking — you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute.
Excellent communication — you can translate between technical, operational, and leadership teams with ease.
