Job Description In this role, you will work most closely with our Senior BIM Technician as part of the Design Team where your additional colleagues are Interior Designers (at various levels). So, we’ll also need you to be familiar with working alongside & under the direction of Designers/Architects. The Design team is a team of 14 (across 3 states) within a broader company of 80. Our team’s goal is to deliver innovative and creative projects Nationally.  Convert Cad files to Revit Produce Detailed Design Documentation for Tender and Construction Work closely with the design team and Review Designers Documentation Produce Detailed joinery documentation Update Revit Template Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting Mid-level; 3+ years Commercial experience Proficient Revit user (at least 3 years working experience) Sound construction knowledge, and at least some site experience Experienced with site measures / surveys of existing conditions Solid understanding of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards (must be familiar with AS 1428.1) Familiar with working alongside & under the direction of Designers/Architects Enscape and/or Lumion experience preferred Additional Information Work Schedule (AU Client) Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM (Manila Time) Work Setup (Permanent Homebased) Equipment will be provided by the company and software (Revit) c/o client.
