Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam Co., Ltd was established in 1997 as a joint venture between Zamil Industrial Investment Co. and Mitsui & Co. Ltd, specializing in design, fabrication and erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings and Steel Structures.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

1. Sales Support Activities (before sales):

Required by Sales (if any)

• Study Customer Drawings
• Prepare PIS, CIF
• Prepare Proposal Drawings
• Prepare necessary submission documentations in case there is requirement from sales persons
• Attend meeting with customers along with sales persons if required

2. Sales Support Activities (after sales):

• Prepare Checklist for Entering jobs.
• Prepare Change Order Forms
• Support Sales on payments documentations

3. Coordination Between Sales Office and H. O. :

• Ensures proper communication between sales office and H. O. to maintain a proper information and work flow.
• Monitoring and make record log for documents transmittal between Sales Office and HO

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support role in construction field
• Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)/Architecture 
• MS Office / MS Projects / Auto CAD / Ez Build/ INTELLEST
• Must have: English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Physically fit, positive & active, Independent, organized, pay attention to detail, patience, responsible, team player.  
• Drafting & Design skills (preferred).
