ServiceNow Platform Architecture & Operations Manager What's this position about? The ServiceNow Platform Architecture & Operations Manager is a global strategic position in the Global Development Center, responsible for the ServiceNow platform governance and architecture, definition of global ServiceNow Platform standards and guidelines, performing architecture design reviews and advisory for major ServiceNow projects. What you will do? Define ServiceNow Platform architecture and development standards, including Integration, User experience and Platform security standards, upgrade strategy, DevOps and agile ways of working etc. Architecture design reviews and advisory for major ServiceNow projects to ensure adherence to the standards by all ServiceNow developersLead / coordinate cross-platform operations (overall Landscape management and usage monitoring, supervise upgrades/cloning, house-keeping activities, HI tickets, audits)Proactively analyze technology trends & JTI business demand to identify upcoming opportunitiesMaintain a high level of expertise through learning, conferences, customer focus groups, etc.Lead/participate in the assessment of new solutions, technologies, standards, and frameworksEnsure that the introduction of new standards and solutions is in line with the JTI strategy and with the existing standardsContinuously improve and promote the JTI ServiceNow application life cycle management tools and principles (DevOps, Agile Delivery), promote and govern the Citizen development practices within the ServiceNow platform. Who are we looking for? University degree in IT or equivalent 5+ years of IT working experience in multinational companies 4+ years of experience as a member of ServiceNow implementations, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutoversStrong experience in ServiceNow Platform Governance and administration, DevOps and integration technologiesGood understanding of the key IT processes, knowledge of ITIL or similar framework, development experience in Agile projectsGood understanding of solution architecture concepts, standards, and patterns, experience in the technology selection process Good understanding of technology trends like cloud, analytics, mobility, integration, big data, security, etc. Team leader experience is a big plusExcellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and to challenge status-quoAbility to deliver on time, follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identifiedFluent English written and spoken What 's in it for you?
