We're looking for a Structural Engineer to be part of our Structures Team in the Philippines, Working alongside with our Dams & Tunneling team in Melbourne, the position shall undertake project related technical work of appropriate scope and complexity in relation to dam engineering projects including; Provide technical input appropriate for level of experience, site investigations, design, documentation and reports relating to new dams and remedial works on existing dams, generally including the following: feasibility studies site investigations - their planning, supervision, assessment and review preliminary and detailed design and analysis cost estimations preparation of specification and tender documents design advice and quality control during construction report writing and presentations to clients liaison with sub-consultants and subcontractors Project management of multiple projects with respect to coordination of input, cost control to ensure completion within budget, and adherence to program to ensure timely completion of projects. Assist in the preparation of successful proposals to clients. Proactive in further developing GHD's dams business What you will bring to the team: Minimum of 5 years' experience in dam engineering Acquired studies in Civil or Structural Engineering, with license is a plus. Working experience in a consultancy industry is a plus. Working experience with international clients particularly in Australia or New Zealand is a plus Computer knowledge and skills, in particular to software relevant to dam engineering analyses Interested?
