Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer. Preferably male applicant.
• Knowledgeable in DOLE reporting.
• Experienced in processing Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP).
• Able to create Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and conduct risk assessments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Capable of drafting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) memos and letters.
. Able to attend weekly coordination meetings with clients.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures.
Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Prepare safety reports and documentation for management review.
Collaborate with management to improve workplace safety standards.
