Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional expertise in analyzing, defining, and implementing Service Now solutions.
Assess the impact of client requests and propose suitable solutions.
Design, develop, and configure Service Now applications following best practices for scalability.
Work in an agile environment to deliver value across various Service Now projects.
Leverage automation to optimize business processes.
Ensure timely project deliverables that meet specifications and milestones.
Translate user requirements into functional Service Now applications.
Implement, test, and deploy Service Now solutions using ITIL and software engineering best practices.
Diagnose and resolve issues within Service Now platform components.
Conduct impact analysis and testing for platform upgrades and patches.
Identify potential risks, providing solutions and mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to documentation and project deliverable standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in Service Now development or architecture.
Proficiency in Service Now product lines (ITSM, ITOM, Sec Ops, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Strong expertise in designing and implementing Service Now solutions.

Preferred Skills:
Service Now and/or ITIL certifications.
Background in system engineering, automation, or full-stack development.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Gen AI.
