Responsibilities:1.
Merchandise & Strategy: Develop and execute effective assortment strategies for live streaming based on the Philippine market trends and consumer demands.
Solid e-commerce assortment experience is essential to accurately select winning products and optimize the assortment mix.2.
Account Operations: Take full ownership of the daily operations for the official live stream rooms and key accounts on Lazada, ensuring high-quality livestream and driving GMV growth.3.
MCN & Partner Management: Leverage and expand resources with MCN agencies.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive project execution and achieve business goals.4.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze live streaming data (traffic, conversion rates, GMV, etc.).
Utilize tools like Excel to generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
Requirements:1.
Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in live streaming on platforms like Lazada or Shopee within the Philippine market.2.
Philippine Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Philippine consumer behavior, trending products, and the e-commerce ecosystem.3.
Data Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to support decision-making.4.
Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams (regional team and operations) and external partners.5.
Resourcefulness: Prior experience and established resources with Philippine MCN agencies is highly preferred.6.
