What You'll Do: - Oversee the creation and development of high-quality content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of editors, offering guidance and feedback.

- Contribute to content strategy by planning editing calendars and content roadmaps.

- Implement quality control measures, ensuring top editing standards across multiple projects.

- Review and provide feedback on scripts, collaborating closely with writers.

- Monitor production elements like footage, sound, and visual effects, ensuring they meet project standards.

- Address potential production issues by identifying challenges and collaborating on solutions.

- Support post-production efforts, reviewing edits and coordinating with the production team.

Background & Skills: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a production leader or content management role.

- English Skill: Professional Level - Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
