Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements and processes Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using industry-standard automation tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices for automation are implemented Develop and execute test cases and plans to ensure automation solutions function as intended Evaluate existing systems and processes for opportunities to automate and improve Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and team members Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in a timely manner Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 2 years of experience in automation technologies and software development Experience with any automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work on time and to specifications
