Role Summary
The Managed Services Billing Field Support Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate assessment of new IPSOWs as well as VBS support. The people in this role are critical to ensuring all new contracts go to CTC instead of Legacy billing platforms. This role is expected to support various partners – Sales, Delivery, and Services COE internal teams – and should be able to work effectively and with clear communication with these Xerox partners.

Key Responsibilities
Assess IPSOWs for approval or rejection based on data and billing strategy
Ensure all new contracts flow to CTC and prevent legacy platform usage
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to enforce billing compliance and push back on customization requests
Perform required actions for new contract workflow into CTC
Support VBS compliance processes, including additional line item approvals and centralized entitlements
Update and manage entitlements for XONE and XSITE contracts
Track and document all activities accurately.

Relevant Credentials
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
2+ years billing experience in corporate or financial setting (desired)
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
