Role Description This is a full-time Senior BIM Modeler role based in the Philippines, with work-from-home / hybrid setup available depending on project requirements.
The Senior BIM Modeler will develop, manage, and update BIM models for architectural and MEPFS projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, creating detailed 3 D models, preparing documentation for design reviews and construction, and producing client-ready shop drawings with LOD 350–450 deliverables.
The role also involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve clashes and design issues, while supporting the implementation of BIM standards and best practices.
The Senior BIM Modeler will mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain consistent project delivery quality.
Qualifications Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including creation, coordination, and maintenance of detailed 3 D models.
Solid background in Architecture and experience working as a Senior Modeler on architectural projects.
Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination within BIM environments.
Ability to read, interpret, and produce precise Construction Drawings, shop drawings, and related project documentation.
Experience preparing LOD 350–450 BIM models and coordinated shop drawing packages for construction and client submission.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in coordination of MEPFS and architecture, clash detection, and issue resolution is highly preferred.
