Job Title: Bookkeeper (Financial Data Management)Location: Remote Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who specializes in financial data management—not an executive assistant role. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, organized, and confident working with numbers, reports, and financial tools.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize financial data, reports, and spreadsheets
Perform audits and verify accuracy of financial records
Track costs, expenses, and performance metrics
Prepare financial summaries and data-driven insights
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure data integrity
Work with Excel and accounting tools to generate reports
Build and manage Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Qualifications
Strong bookkeeping and financial data management experience
Advanced Excel skills — must be VERY familiar with Pivot Tables
Comfortable analyzing numbers, financial performance, and cost metrics
Experience with accounting tools/software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, or similar)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Very good English pronunciation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
