As the Brand & Consumer Collecting Specialist you will be primarily responsible for driving Brand Love and Can Love through strategic brand and advertising initiatives and effective university program management that drive product trial and build brand image.
Your position will serve as a liaison between the sales team and the consumer collecting teams in the field, ensuring an aligned approach to current executions, managing impactful sales support programs, and working cross-functionally on new ways to excite the consumers.
More importantly, you will work on understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives TOM awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption.
RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: You will translate Consumer Collecting goals and tactics to Student Marketeers, outlining strategies & objectives to ensure program execution excellence and to successfully build brand and can love with our target audiences.
This will include recruiting, on boarding, training and coaching Student Marketeers to achieve high performance across all areas of their role including consumer collecting, event support and sales support activities.
You will always have the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single initiative and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital & social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
You will research into current trends in youth content consumption and activities on and offline in the collegiate landscape.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager on the implementation of the field and CC strategy and on defining ideas to build brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality on a local level and in line with brand values, international guidelines and expectations to win consumers.
You will also drive relevance across a variety of consumption occasions and moments of need through tailored messaging, occasion campaigns and activating the right big moments in the region.
You will build strong relationships with internal sales and marketing stakeholders to maximize program impact and Sales Support initiatives.
You will support Marketing stakeholders in implementing sports & culture marketing plans, including involvement with 3rd party events, Red Bull owned programs and opinion leaders in the field and online (including product placement in key areas).
You will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing new locally relevant ideas complementing the activation of global & national initiatives.
You will also involve the Consumer Collecting team in idea generation for the field and capitalize on their personal university lifestyle to identify technology / digitally / socially driven consumer trends early.
You will act as a role model and display the Red Bull values with a consistent tone of voice that is motivating and inspiring.
Ensure you have the right program set up, in the right areas to reach your target group, be flexible with resources so that we are always fishing where the fish are.4-6 year experience in relative field.
A ‘connector’ who has excellent communication and networking skills, who can open doors and excite people for an idea.
A strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and “makes things happen” with a strong, can-do attitude.
Ability to lead and cultivate a strong team environment, people management preferred.
Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities.
Analytical, planning, budgetary and project management skills.
