JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• In order to better understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, quality metrics, customer behaviors, and overall KPI achievement, this role will work closely with internal and client call center stakeholders to develop, configure, compile, and analyze reports that draw from a variety of data sources.
• Strong ability to use SQL and Excel for data extraction and to create engaging reports, slides, and analyses for various audiences.
• Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization technologies such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
• Preference for those who are qualified or educated in Lean Six Sigma and COPC
• It helps to know about Fresh works, Salesforce, or anything comparable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5+ years BPO experience (multi-site, multi-client)
- 3+ years’ experience with Report Analytics, SQL, and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Lean Six Sigma/COPC training (preferred)
- Knowledge of Freshworks/Salesforce (a plus)
- Flexible with extending shifts
- Willing to work a hybrid schedule in Antipolo City
