Basic Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
MBA / Post Graduate (preferred)
5 to7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / CX domain
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with Service Now and Genesys AI solutions
Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps
Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
