Achieve assigned revenue targets for the agency’s core services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Assist in negotiations and closing of new projects and/or new client accounts.
Assist in qualifying leads by gathering key information about client needs, timelines, and decision-making authority.
Research, prospect, and qualify potential clients to identify viable opportunities.
Establish initial contact and build relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain and update an accurate leads database to ensure timely follow ups.
Track and monitor client concerns, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
Understand the client needs, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Ensure professional and responsive communication throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, including client details, communications, and sales activity logs.
Assist in preparing sales reports, performance summaries, and other operational documents for management review.
Adhere to company policies, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements in all sales-related activities.
Assist and develop project proposals /solutions and costing that meet revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
Collaborate with team leaders to strengthen sales techniques and client communication skills.
Develop and publish compelling case studies and success stories to strengthen agency credibility.
Participate in industry networking events and seminars to build and maintain a strong agency presence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications or any related course.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or marketing functions.
Digital Marketing agency experience highly preferred but not required.
Communicates fluently in English and Filipino across all business situations.
Delivers presentations with confidence, structure, and clarity.
Works efficiently to meet or exceed assigned quotas or activity goals.
