About Our Client: We are partnering with a fast-growing AI-driven Sales-Tech company to hire a high-performing Business Development professional to drive enterprise sales across the Philippines and SEA region.
The role focuses on managing full-cycle B2 B sales, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities Engage with senior stakeholders in Manila-based enterprise clients to understand requirements and support sales initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
Target and prioritize accounts across the Philippines and SEA through inbound/outbound strategies.
Position AI-driven Saa S solutions to address client challenges and demonstrate business value.
Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales for smooth delivery.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM and provide timely deal visibility.
Build long-term client relationships through insights, value, and follow-ups.
Qualifications 7–15 years in B2 B Sales/Business Development, ideally in technology, Saa S, or digital products.
Experience with Philippines/SEA clients and understanding of local business culture.
Strong English communication; local language skills a plus.
Skilled in end-to-end sales, consultative selling, and engaging mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Familiar with CRM tools and virtual sales platforms.
Interest in technology, innovation, and AI-driven solutions.
