Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify and recommend suitable store locations based on company standards, and negotiate lease terms and contracts.
Evaluate offers from landlords and reject locations that do not meet company requirements.
Monitor lease contract timelines and ensure timely renewals or relocation when needed.
Secure all necessary legal permits and approvals for store opening and operations.
Oversee construction to ensure quality work aligned with company guidelines.
Recommend qualified architects and contractors to the Regional Manager.
Ensure all construction work and materials meet company standards, including landlord‑led projects.
Monitor contractor compliance with agreements and report any issues to management.
Coordinate with Sales, Area, and Logistics teams on store size, layout, design, and accessibility.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
At least 5 years of experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations, and property development, preferably in retail or trading industries.
Experience in managing construction projects and ensuring they meet company standards.
Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
Good analytical and decision‑making skills to assess site suitability and decline non-viable options.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work within tight deadlines.
