Translates business direction into structured category planning activities, validates cross-functional inputs, and strengthens coordination within assigned categories in support of total business objectives Qualifications Bachelor of Science in any of the following fields: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial/Management Engineering With Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree an advantage At least 5 years experience in Business Planning / Corporate Planning Proficient in financial performance analysis Knowledgeable about business processes and performance metrics of the different corporate functions: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance Roles and Responsibilities Category Integrated Business Planning Management Drives execution of planning cycles for assigned categories including AOP inputs, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and other performance processes. Ensures alignment of volume, revenue, operational, and initiative assumptions within assigned categories. Validates completeness and consistency of submitted category plans and reconciles planning variances. Cross-Functional Category Alignment Facilitates working sessions among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to harmonize category planning inputs. Identifies execution bottlenecks and recurring coordination gaps within assigned categories. Works with functions to address root causes and embed improvements into category operating routines. Category Performance Monitoring Consolidates category-level information into an integrated performance view versus plan. Highlights emerging category risks, deviations, and execution constraints. Elevates significant trade-offs or structural issues that may impact total business performance to the Business Planning Head. Planning Governance and Execution Discipline Ensures adherence to planning timelines, templates, and standards within assigned categories. Monitors execution of agreed initiatives and tracks progress against commitments. Supports continuous refinement of category planning workflows to improve clarity and predictability.
