About The Role
Join Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions, a leading provider of customer service solutions, as a Customer Service Agent. This full‑time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental and offers a competitive salary of up to PHP 45,000 as well as a relocation package.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell products and services.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
Proficiency in English and the local language.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
