Monitoring inventory, analyzing inventory turns, scheduling proper and timely replenishment of merchandise to avoid stock-outs, and planning for push-outs to avoid mature merchandise Analyzing sales, sell-through and general movement of merchandise at the store-level Providing guidance to stores on proper display and visual merchandising Monitoring of correct pricing, completeness and correctness of merchandise tags, and maintaining healthy gross margins Planning for promotion, seasonal sale events, brand sales, and the like etc. The Profile Job Qualifications: Passion for fashion and updated on latest trends in apparel, shoes, bags, accessories, health & beauty Related work experience in the field of retail department store merchandising Category expertise in Ladies' Wear, GirlsTeens' Wear, Boys Teens' Wear, Men's Accessories, Ladies' Shoes & Bags, Ladies' Accessories, Health & Beauty, Children's Wear Must have actual experience in buying department store merchandise and negotiating with vendors Strong in numbers and analysis, keen to details Knowledge of JDA MMS, an advantage Must be resourceful, can do extensive sourcing of suppliers and merchandise Strong in negotiation High level of integrity Willing to be assigned in Sta.
