ITIL v3 Intermediate: Release, Control, and Validate Certified Graduated with a BS in Information Systems and/or Computer Science, Engineering, or any related degrees.
Good Interpersonal skills across multi-functional partners Strong and Effective Communication Skills in English.
Solid Management Skills.
