* Having valid PRC license
* Extensive knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Civil construction or any related field
* Knowledgeable interpret the Plan in relation to actual implementation
* At least a little bit knowledgeable about surveying work, know how to use surveying instruments.
* Know about surveying since it is part of a civil engineering subject.
* Can supervise manpower.
* Know to create/make construction schedule.
* Know basic estimation. Like Material requirements, manpower requirements, all resources.
* CASH FLOW- Accomplishment versus Manpower, Materials, Equipment, Utilities and etc.
