Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice
•Responsible for establishing quote priorities and follow estimating life cycle
• Will develop Cost Estimating Relationships

Job Requirements:
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering with License
• With 5-10 years and above working experience in Horizontal Projects
• With 5 years’ experience in Cost estimation, cost engineering, planning, scheduling and other areas of project control
