Responsibilities:
-Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles onsite.
-Prepare detailed adjustment reports that outline repair scope, parts pricing, and labor costs.
-Discuss and agree on repair procedures, parts, and pricing with accredited repair shops.
-Monitor repair progress to ensure work meets agreed standards, costs, and timelines.
-Provide technical guidance to policyholders and claimants on repair processes and claim requirements.
-Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Manage total loss claims, including vehicle pullout and valuation steps.
-Flag suspicious claims and recommend referrals to the Antifraud team when necessary.
-Operate within company policies, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
-Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s Degree (Any four-year course)
-Familiarity with vehicle repair processes; moto insurance experience is a plus
-Strong written and verbal skills for clear and customer interaction
-Proficient in MS Word and Excel
-Detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and able to work effectively with diverse teams

-This position will be working with general insurance company operating in Southeast Asia.
-Working Set-up: Hybrid
-Mondays to Fridays.
