The Billing and Collections Manager oversees the full Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring effective credit management, accurate billing, and efficient collection processes to support company profitability and growth.
This role develops and implements credit policies, monitors receivables and KPIs, minimizes credit risk and bad debt, and drives process improvements across billing and collection operations.
The position leads and mentors the team, manages departmental resources, and ensures compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company standards.
It also collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, strengthen credit practices, and maintain strong business relationships.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or any related course, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with at least seven (7) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
A high level of numerical competency and the ability to evaluate costs and financial data accurately are essential for this role.
