As the Company Doctor, you are the primary guardian of our employees' health and well-being. Your mission is to provide high-quality medical care, manage workplace health programs, and ensure our organization remains a safe, healthy environment. You serve as a trusted medical advisor to both the leadership team and individual employees, balancing clinical treatment with occupational safety. Core Responsibilities Clinical Care: Provide on-site medical consultations, treatments, and first-aid for employees. Manage acute illnesses and injuries occurring during work hours. Occupational Health & Safety: Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify health hazards. Design and implement programs to prevent work-related diseases and injuries. Medical Examinations: Perform or oversee pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work physical exams to ensure employees are fit for their specific roles. Health Promotion: Launch wellness initiatives, such as vaccination drives, mental health awareness campaigns, and seminars on nutrition or ergonomics. Case Management: Oversee medical leaves and disability claims. Coordinate with external hospitals or specialists for employees requiring advanced care. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the company meets all national health and safety regulations (e.g., OSH standards). Maintain accurate, confidential Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Emergency Response: Lead the company’s medical emergency team, ensuring first-aid kits are stocked and staff are trained in basic life support (CPR).
