The Role
- Provides nursing care to injured or ill workers.
- Participates in health maintenance examination.
- Performs work activities that are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, refers the same to a physician.
- Participate in the maintenance of Occupational Health and Safety by giving suggestions for the health and well-being of the workers.
- Maintains a reporting and records system.
- Participate as a member of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee of the company.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with an updated PRC License.
- You have at least 3 years experience.
- Monitor and assess the health status of employees.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- BOSH certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
