JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Education – Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree,

· Related Work Experience– At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in banking or financing industry the related field is required.

· Knowledge – knowledge in Compliance and Anti Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.

· Abilities – Communication skills, inquisitiveness, and organized; Must be proficient in basic computer applications. And ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills

· Skills –Detail oriented but able to quickly grasp the big picture

· Work Environment – Usually perform office related supervision and mostly field activity from time to time.
