About the Role
Responsible for the development of reports and analysis of Operations’ metrics to keep track of the team’s performance and understand the reasons behind the trends, keep track of issues and challenges that might impact the ability of the team to meet its business’ plans and objectives and help them make informed decisions.
Develops monitoring reports to keep track of the team’s performance as well as challenges and issues that might impact the ability of the team to meet its business’ plans and objectives and help the team make informed decisions Identifies all required data sets given the information requirements as specified in the business requirements Determines queries to create reports as required Creates formulae where necessary in order to analyze data Collaborates with other business units on reporting and data-related projects/initiatives Analyzes metrics to understand the WHYs behind the trends and take necessary actions to improve them Provide actionable insights including communication and presentation of findings to relevant business units / management Handles metrics reporting to Group as well as to internal business units Responsible for the accuracy and on-time delivery of all reporting requirements Ensures data collection capability in relevant systems and business processes Examines and evaluates purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control: Reviews reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements Evaluates findings, using knowledge of workflow, operating practices, records and retention schedules Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information Performs ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Customer Strategy Lead
