The CCR Engineer operates and controls Plant Equipment such as Crusher, Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill and Packhouse to attain their operational efficiency at optimum capacity and stability within specified process parameters and equipment standards through an automated control system with due regard to safety, environment, product quality, time and cost.
Responsibilities: Executes the startup, shutdown, and continuous operation of heavy machinery (Crushers, Mills, and Kilns) to meet production targets while optimizing energy costs and ensuring quality standards.
Maintains real-time oversight of operational parameters and emissions, making necessary adjustments or emergency shutdowns to prevent equipment failure and expensive repair costs.
Collaborates with technicians on pre-operational inspections, supervises specialized tasks like ball charging or refractory works, and documents equipment malfunctions within the SAP system.
Records accurate production data and stoppage incidents in the TIS (Technical Information System), participates in root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and supports process audits to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements: Graduate of BS in Engineering e.g.
Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Electronics & Communications (ECE) Must be a Licensed Engineer At least three (3) years of working experience in production or cement mill operation, coal mill operations, crusher operator and ship loader operation.
