Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the overarching creative vision for our campaigns, branding, and content initiatives Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, video producers, writers, and digital artists Collaborate closely with marketing, talent, and project teams to ensure creative ideas align with business goals and audience needs Drive innovative content ideas, from livestream events to influencer activations, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables Oversee creative workflows, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects hit deadlines and exceed expectations Stay ahead of trends in gaming, esports, digital culture, and content marketing to keep Rumble Royale fresh and relevant Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders and external partners Qualifications Proven experience (2 years) leading creative teams, preferably in gaming, esports, digital media, or entertainment Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative campaigns and compelling digital content Deep understanding of gaming culture, creator ecosystems, and digital storytelling Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills Ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
