Creative Lead We are looking for a talented and motivated creative lead to lead our company's creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of creative staff in conceptualizing and executing designs and project briefs according to project requirements and client specifications. JOB DESCRIPTION Manage the design and development of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team. Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand. Keeping up to date with new industry trends and software Monitor project progress and provide regular updates  Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure creative projects are aligned with client business goals and objectives Design websites that are visually appealing and effective using HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL. Carry out projects relating to video content production Involve in most facets of production, including brainstorming, ideation, brand management QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or related field A minimum of 3 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies.
