Account specific roles and responsibilities: Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).  Collections for unpaid services Performing general data entry tasks, emails, and reporting Requirements At least 6-months BPO experience (Voice / Blended) Sales experience is an advantage Proficient in using MS Excel Detailed oriented and organized Good verbal and written English skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
