Responsibilities:

Prepare and consolidate project pictures and daily sales reports regularly from team leaders and account management associates to provide timely and accurate project presentations & reports for clients.
Generate capacity forecasts, reconcile monthly demo days with client service associates and finance, and create sales reports based on scheduler, POS data, and planning reports to analyze data and customize reports as per client and departmental requests.
Analyze and generate data for business reports.
Outline specific data needs for each business method to facilitate project analysis for departmental managers.
Create and prioritize a list of requirements for each business segment.
Present recommendations for streamlining business processes to save costs.
Create models to depict trends in customer base and consumer populations.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related 4-year course.
Experience in Retail Field Force operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic to advanced level).
Knowledge of formulas such as COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, and proficiency in Pivot Tables and Conditional Formatting.
Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan Libis, Quezon City.
