Key Responsibilities

Develop reporting & analytics to optimize business performance through reporting, monitoring, and predictive analytics.
Utilize complex data and tools to understand process performance and explain trends to senior stakeholders and business partners.
Recommend process improvements to senior stakeholders.
Apply best practice data visualization techniques to effectively convey insights and facilitate data discovery.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within business units to enhance service, reduce costs, and manage risks within appetite.
Manage, coach, and develop Reporting Analysts supporting daily analytics production.

Key Capabilities/Experience

Over 2 years of experience in metrics development, analysis, and modeling.
Over 5 years of experience in an operational environment.
Experience in banking or financial services.
Experience in measuring productivity/output.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in business, management, IT, or finance.
Demonstrated ongoing professional development in related disciplines.
Experience with relational databases and data warehouses.
Proficiency with querying languages (e.g., SQL, SAS) or other data manipulation tools.
Experience building predictive analytical models (e.g., Python).
Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in line with bank policies.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Creative thinking with a focus on processes.
