Job Description:

1. Collaborate with Client to understand their vision, preference and objective for each project.
2. Develop innovative and compelling design concepts that align with Client's requirements and brand identity.
3. Create detailed plans, mood boards, renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
4. Specify furniture, fixtures, finishes and other elements to enhance the concept of project.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design specifications are met and installations are executed perfectly.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, maintain clear and open communication with clients and team through out design and turn over process
7. Responsible for the review / production of modular cabinet details and has strong knowledge in joinery fabrication.
8. Assist Senior Designer with various project deliverables.

Qualifications:

1. At least two years of Fit out project / design and build experience
2. Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape / Lumion and Photoshop
3. Excellent communication skill, adaptable, resourceful and passionate about excellence
4. Should thrive in a fast - paced work environment
5. Strong organizational and Time Management Skills

Educational Attainment: Graduate of BS Architecture / Interior Design.
