Job Description· Responsible for Agency and Client relationships for Precision’s top Clients.· Have a good understanding of Clients’ business.· Manage and engage with Agency counterparts to develop performance marketing strategy and plans.· Work with ad operations team to translate performance marketing plans into effective buys and oversee implementation to ensure efficient delivery of KPIs.· Oversee campaign report creation and develop brand reviews to showcase campaign performance and provide actionable insights.· Identify and propose innovative digital and programmatic solutions to Agency and Clients.· Identify and participate in new business opportunities including pitches and presentations.· Demonstrate appropriate behavior to uphold the company's image, reputation, and credentials.QualificationsQualifications3-5 solid years’ experience as Account Manager/ Digital Manager/Sr. Digital Planner in Agency services focused on digital media plans and key tactics.Demonstrated ability to navigate large data sets to create and translate insights into compelling presentationsStrong client management / consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insightsStrong written and verbal communication skill with the ability to communicate / translate complex concepts to a non-technical audienceStrong understanding and experience with digital media buying, KPI development, and technology practices during campaign planning and executionProficiency with Microsoft office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPointExperienced with digital marketing technology, especially ad servers, tag management systems, brand study partners, verification technologies; DSPs, Social and Google Product Suite.Good team player.Can work independently with minimal supervision.
