Coordinates with Impartner/Partner Portal team directly for all issues and concerns and resolution.
Ensure all partner application is approved within 24-48 hours.
Ensure that Deal Registrations should not have pending deals for more than 2 days.
Send a reminder email to assigned deal registration approver as needed.
Ensure that Partner Locator application is reviewed thoroughly with correct information before approval.
Periodical validation of Partner Tiers which involves running through the top 3 Tier account list per Market unit to ensure that all Partner Tiers are still updated or needs to be updated.
Schedule and coordinate with Marketing team a recurring Periodical maintenance of the Partner Portal to ensure that all Product Brochures and collaterals are updated and have been refreshed of EOL or new products.
Generate and analyze a bi-weekly report on number of Reseller Company and number of user activation and send to all Channel team members and marketing team members.
Create and Review e Commerce campaign content for Southeast Asia markets.
Content should be localized and adapts to each market’s culture for stronger impact and wider reach.
Coordinate marketing guidelines, opportunities, pricing optimization across all Vertiv ecommerce sites.
Updates, maintains, and analyze YOY e Commerce Sales report dashboard monthly.
Updates, maintains, and analyze e Commerce Official Vertiv Stores sales, analytics and campaign results monthly.
Updates VIP tracker on sign-ups, points accumulation.
Liaises with programs team members (BI, Enablement, etc) on proper assignment of points and ensures proper consolidation of VIP tracker.
Ensures VIP monthly report is released to stakeholders timely.
Provides summary slides together with the monthly tracker report.
Pre-audit and process Purchase Requests from vendors and suppliers in Channel related programs and activities. Job Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course.
With at least 2-3 years' work experience in digital platforms & online campaigns or ecommerce.
Preferably knows the IT channel business.
Knowledgeable in Digital marketing and e Commerce program Knowledgeable in ERP/Oracle usage Knowledgeable in Excel, Reports Preparation and Data Analysis HTML knowledge is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent conversational English Engaging phone manner and good listening skills
